Time and Chance

The gift that you are

1 Cor 7:7

I wish that all were as I myself am. But each has his own gift from God, one of one kind and one of another.

1 Cor 12:4-11

4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. 7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.

1 Pet 4:10-11

10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

1 Tim 4:14

versions:

“Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you by prophecy when the council of elders laid their hands on you” (ESV). This version is clear and easy to understand and accurately reflects the Greek text.

The Amplified Bible offers this expanded version: “Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination].”

I keep seeing everyone’s face like on zoom but it’s coming to me in flashes as I read 1 Timothy 4:14

Some faces are smiling, other faces are filled with internal questioning and you’re afraid to ask what is my gift.

I hear Holy Spirit say, you feel like you don’t and won’t ever qualify because you constantly are inundated with need to fix everything’s that’s broken within you which keeps you in a cycle of deliverance or repentance or recovery or exploration or whatever keeps you working on yourself rather than allowing Holy Spirit to work in and on you while also working through you.

You are demanding something of yourself that has not been required by IAm.

There is a gift within you that when you use your gift you will also be perfected rather than reaching for perfection first before using the gift within you.

Ecclesiastes 7:20 states, "Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins.

Philippians 1:6 states, "being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Strive to serve instead of perfection and other conditions before fanning the flame of the gift of God that is within you.

Your cycle of fixing yourself is officially broken and will no longer spin on its axis

Your negative self view of yourself is a mirror that is now broken and no longer reflects you but rather you are a reflection of Christ.

Holy Spirit says you are too hard on yourself because of pride and vanity. You are thusly caught up in the flesh instead of using the flesh to carry you to your next assignment.

For you have been looking for a job a career but what you really are in need of is an assignment that allows you to use your gift and to flourish and flow.

Your body will never be perfect

Your imaginations will always need to be checked

Your life is his in Christ and you are the temple the sacred place the shrine where Holy Spirit is dwelling.

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

You focus so much on the temples perfection that you neglect the gift of Holy Spirit within you.

Man looks in the outside but God looks on the heart 1 Samuel 16:7

It is time to look into the temple and to free the gift within you. Allow Holy Spirit to work through you

Release the dove

Fan the flame

Embrace the now with joy and be happy with how far you have come while looking forward to God finishing the work that he started with you.

Move into your assignment

Move into your grace

Stop stopping yourself with spiritual qualifications which were put on you as religious acts that you could never live up to and conquer.

For I have called you to greatness says the Lord. Do not disqualify the runner. Ignite the gift and run the race that is before you. For you are trained well and you are ready to focus on the prize and not the process. Go get to the goal and stop stretching on the sideline.

Ecclesiastes 9:11 states, "The race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."

This verse emphasizes that success in life is not solely determined by talent, strength, or wisdom, but also by unforeseen circumstances and opportunities, often referred to as "time and chance"

Do you think that every successful person by your definition has had special fire, special favor, a special grace or a special force that brought them further along into the right place at the right time?

No! Rather it was Time and Chance!

Because after having done all to stand you just stand.

Because they that wait

Because you must be still and know

You apprehend that which you were apprehended for in the space of time at the chance you have to obtain.

How many chances have you missed to step into an assignment that would cause you to flourish and flow but you didn’t think it was time?

How many times did you deny yourself the opportunity being given to you because you would’ve had to take a chance?

It is time to begin looking for these two, time and chance, and move when you see their movement in the horizon of your life.

Take a chance!

You will step into new places with stability because you’re built on the Rock. You’ve done all the work so this time this season begin to take a chance and trust IAm along the way.

The season the time that is upon you is new when you step into chance.

Chance is the space where fresh anointing comes and new insight is given.

Chance is the space where trust is shifted from self to IAm

Chance is where you begin to have real movement instead of spiritual physical and mental stagnation.

Your assignment is to look for the time to allow a shift in your comfortability and step into the place where you have the chance to be, to do, to shine and give IAm the GLORY
